◇ REFUND POLICY

I have the right to deny any customer for any reason. If I am forced to cancel a commission, for any reason, during the sketch phase, you will receive a full refund. If I cancel after the sketch phase, I will give a half refund. If you the buyer cancel at the sketch phase, you will receive half refund. If you the buyer cancel after the sketch phase, you will receive no refund.

◇ USAGE

Me, the artist, reserve the right to post all of my finished work on social media to promote and show my work, and the right to add finished pieces to my portfolio or trello. If you do not want this art posted, you may request it to not be. If it is already posted, you may ask me to take it down within a month. Anytime after, it will stay up.You, the buyer, reserve the right to repost my finished work, with credit, and to print for personal use. You do not hold the right to use my work as promotional material for profit, nor to print for profit. You do not hold the right to trace my work or claim it as your own.I the artist do NOT consent to the usage of my work for any AI programs, usage, or edits.

◇ PAYMENT PROCESS

Inital, full payment must come upfront.All payment will be done through DeviantArt or USD through DeviantArt.All payments done with DeviantArt points will be done through Commision Widget under the "Pay with Points" option. You may pay with points or through USD on these widgets.I would prefer a refrence of any variety with flat colors, but I can also work with written descriptions. AI references of any kind are NOT accepted and will result in immediate blockage.During the art process, you will receive frequent updates before each step to make sure the results are satisfactory. If theres something you would like changed, let me know and I will do so. Requesting large changes deep into the process (such as asking for a pose change during the coloring phase) will cost you an extra fee.I will not do deadlines, I will work at my own pace. Expect me to take a week at the maximum, however if I am busy, backed up, or any other complications occur, I will inform you on how long I expect to take.My work will ALWAYS have my signature, and cannot be removed.
